Dr. Sosnowik is originally from Silver Spring, Maryland. He received his Bachelor’s degree and his Medical Degree from George Washington University in Washington D.C. He completed his medical residency and gastroenterology fellowship at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, where he continues on staff, with teaching responsibilities for residents and fellows. He was involved in gastroenterology research at LIJ and has several publications in the medical literature. He speaks fluent Hebrew and Yiddish and resides in Forest Hills.

Dr. Bruce Chin has resided in Queens since childhood after his family moved here from Maine. He received his bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University and went on to receive his medical degree from New York Medical College. He completed his residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. Prior to joining Austin Medical Associates, Dr. Chin had a private internal medicine practice in Jamaica Estates for over 30 years. Aside from his practice, he also worked as a clinical investigator for LIJMC on clinical trials for hypertension and hyperlipidemia.

Born and raised in the heart of New York City, Dr. Zain Memon understands the needs of his community. He is a young and talented internist and primary care doctor. Dr. Memon earned his medical degree from the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then completed his residency in internal medicine at Northwell Lenox Hill Hospital. He is trained to address a broad range of medical conditions and takes a genuine interest in researching and educating himself on various new advancements in medicine, so his patients get the best and the most advanced care possible. Dr. Memon approaches healthcare with compassion and positivity and is uncompromising in his dedication to the well-being of his patients. He takes the time to listen to their problems and gently guides them through the diverse options and treatment plans. Being a primary care provider is a natural extension of that ethos, as a protector of the most sacred of trusts: the trust of human life.
